Cancellation policy

Payment in full is preferred at the time of booking, however a minimum 50 % deposit is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of your booked date during the shoulder season or 30 days of your booked date during the summer or peak season. A cancellation fee of 20% of the booking cost  applies to all bookings. For the peak Xmas/New Year season, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and full payment is required by 1 November and is non refundable from that date.
